This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team tasked with delivering analytics and insights that enhance client and program performance.
• Supervise the creation of high-quality reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
• Ensure the prompt delivery of precise, actionable insights while cultivating strong client relationships and operational excellence.
• Facilitate the growth of team members, drive process enhancements, and contribute to the ongoing development of reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Implement analytics strategies that align with client and organizational goals, driving measurable program impact.
• Aid in the development and ongoing refinement of analytics frameworks, reporting standards, and operational procedures.
• Spot opportunities to enhance reporting, workflows, and service delivery to boost team efficiency and client value.
• Convert complex data into actionable insights for effective decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Commercial Insights professionals, providing continuous performance feedback and career development support.
• Act as the primary analytics partner for assigned clients, offering consultative insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Client Services, IT, and other internal teams to support client initiatives and enhance operational improvements.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical services, healthcare analytics, patient services, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience leading projects or managing analytical teams is preferred.
• SQL experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or patient support services is preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in presenting analytical findings to clients or internal leadership is necessary.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• This is an office-based position that requires the ability to sit for extended periods.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
• Candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy are preferred.
