📋 Description

• Oversee the creation, implementation, and uptake of the training program at Caris Life Sciences.

• Report directly to the Senior Director of Commercial Education and collaborate closely with the Commercial Education Team, Sales Leadership Team, Marketing, and field personnel.

• Responsible for generating and updating all content related to new products and their features.

• Serve as a liaison between the Commercial Education team and the Marketing team, ensuring that the sales team is well-informed about new products, features, and messaging.

• Develop, manage, and deliver foundational training curricula for new hires and ongoing training for the existing sales team.

• Design and conduct training sessions as needed.

• Continuously evaluate the performance of the commercial team to identify training requirements and skill gaps.

• Organize, lead, and deliver virtual and in-person training sessions upon request.

• Travel with members of the commercial team to understand challenges that can be addressed through training and provide coaching feedback.

• Create clear, well-structured communications and training materials.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in training and development within the biotech or healthcare sector.

• At least 3 years of sales experience in a healthcare-related field.

• Proven track record of successfully coaching others.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively present to both small and large groups.

• Must be a self-motivated individual who requires minimal supervision.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• Proficient in computer skills, including: Learning Management System course and curriculum design, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
