This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Lead and oversee a team of sales professionals to meet revenue, profit, and expense goals.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies along with annual business plans for the region.
• Track sales performance and offer guidance, training, and support to sales team members.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients while pinpointing new business prospects.
• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, performance evaluations, rewards, discipline, complaints, and conflict resolution.
• Employ consultative selling techniques and leverage knowledge of accounts, industries, markets, pricing, and competition.
• Keep accurate records of forecasting, sales, prospecting, presentations, closed sales, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports to upper management and corporate offices.
• Develop multi-tiered account relationships and influence key decision-makers.
• Maintain ongoing client contact to ensure satisfaction with services.
• Create and deliver proposal presentations and responses to RFPs.
• Assist in rolling out new products and services for clients.
• Collaborate with team members and support departments effectively.
• Monitor accounts, market conditions, competition, and industry trends.
• Engage in professional development and participate in special projects.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, or in relevant sales and management roles.
• Typically requires 4–6 years of experience in sales management.
• Strong understanding of sales and sales management principles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven selling skills, including cold calling capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of products and services associated with the printing industry.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing customer needs, making recommendations, handling objections, and creating solutions.
• Creativity, ingenuity, and resourcefulness are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, plan work efficiently, set goals, and develop actionable plans.
• Capacity to take independent actions, make calculated risks, and identify opportunities.
• Proficient in leading and fostering an environment where others excel.
• Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and business ethics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google platforms, and Salesforce.
