This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee contact center departments that deliver operational and business process support to both internal and external clients for the company's products and services.
β’ Establish short-term policies (1 year) within the framework of the overarching strategy.
β’ Direct the department and its associated processes and personnel towards achieving world-class performance.
β’ Organize programs, projects, objectives, and metrics to effectively lead the department.
β’ Determine the criteria for reducing costs while enhancing performance.
β’ Formulate action plans, prepare a set of measures, assess alternatives and their impacts, and provide guidance to senior management when prioritization is necessary.
β’ Responsible for the profit and loss of the contact center.
β’ Bachelor's Degree OR at least 1+ years of experience with a Master's in fields such as Service Delivery, Service Operations, or equivalent 2 years in a Remote Clinical Support Role is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in one of the six specialized modalities: AMI, CT, DXR, IGT, MR, & UL.
β’ Candidates must demonstrate a fundamental understanding of clinical use models across all six modalities: AMI, CT, DXR, IGT, MR, & UL.
β’ Experience in Customer Service or Customer Relations.
β’ Strong clinical product knowledge in the specified modality.
β’ Previous supervisory experience managing direct reports, including skills in influencing and coaching.
