📋 Description

• Oversee the operational planning and implementation of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and timelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine trial design and improve operational efficiency throughout the clinical development lifecycle.

• Track trial progress and performance indicators, offering insights to guide decision-making and promote ongoing enhancements.

• Mentor and nurture junior team members, cultivating a culture of teamwork and excellence.

• Establish robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication within clinical operations.

• Manage the delivery of clinical operations, addressing challenges and enhancing team capabilities.

• Supervise the conduct of clinical trials to guarantee they are carried out efficiently, punctually, and in accordance with regulatory standards.
