This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct telehealth implementation projects from the kickoff phase through to go-live.
• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, workflows, and documentation pertaining to the implementation process.
• Facilitate communication among internal teams and hospital stakeholders to guarantee successful project execution.
• Handle multiple implementation projects at once while adhering to deadlines and operational objectives.
• Organize onsite implementation and training visits with hospital partners as required.
• Assist in operational collaboration with physician recruitment, credentialing, and licensing teams when necessary.
• Track clinical quality metrics and ensure accurate and complete case documentation with timely follow-up from clinicians as needed.
• Recognize and relay operational issues to hospital partners promptly.
• Review thrombolytic cases, pinpoint opportunities for process improvement, and initiate root cause analysis for performance outliers.
• Manage documentation requests from hospital partners and coordinate timely follow-ups with providers.
• Appropriately escalate hospital concerns, case reviews, or operational issues for physician leadership consideration.
• Regularly collaborate with physician leads regarding ongoing quality initiatives and operational challenges.
• Prepare and report stroke quality metrics by site, provider, and organizational trends on a regular basis.
• Participate in hospital stroke committee meetings and educational sessions.
• Organize educational lectures, mock drills, and Sevaro training initiatives.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of clinical workflows, protocols, and best practice guidelines.
• Support pre-implementation meetings and onboarding activities for new hospital partners.
• Review stroke alert workflows, protocols, and order sets to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the maintenance of clinical accreditation by ensuring workflows, documentation, and quality processes align with applicable standards.
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as assigned to maintain continuity of operational support.
• Act as the primary operational contact for Sevaro clinicians, addressing inquiries, concerns, and operational needs with appropriate escalation.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clinicians through responsive communication and operational support.
• Manage the daily operational relationship with hospital partners from implementation to ongoing program management.
• Coordinate onsite quality visits and service expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical teams to enhance telehealth workflows and patient care outcomes.
• Provide educational resources and operational support to ensure effective program utilization.
• An active RN License is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare quality management, preferably within a stroke or neurology program.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, including direct oversight of clinical or operational staff.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proven capability to translate data into actionable improvement strategies.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment with a high level of self-direction and professional accountability.
• A Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with Joint Commission accreditation processes, including survey preparedness and gap analysis.
• Familiarity with clinical accreditation processes and quality standards.
• Knowledge of telehealth workflows, teleneurology programs, and clinical documentation standards.
• Experience in project management, particularly in leading cross-functional or multi-site initiatives.
