📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and enhance the skills of Regional Clinic Managers

• Oversee operational performance throughout the regional clinic network

• Collaborate with finance to manage the regional P&L and identify factors influencing variances

• Act as the senior operational representative for the regional clinic network

• Extensive experience in clinic operations or a multi-site healthcare delivery setting

• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing personnel

• Experience in managing operational performance and P&L

• Successful track record in implementing strategic or transformation initiatives

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities and proficiency in simplifying complex information
