This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, addressing daily needs and ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Guide and mentor a team of account managers responsible for Datavant customers to guarantee consistent format, communication, and reporting. Function as a crucial escalation point for resolving issues.
• Cultivate a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, overseeing the execution of client engagements, including implementation, forecasting, project monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, operations, product) to ensure alignment between client objectives and Datavant’s solutions.
• Assist in client success planning and identify opportunities to enhance client engagement through additional products or services.
• Collaborate with Client Success leadership to address and resolve complex client challenges.
• Monitor and report on client performance metrics and service level agreements.
• Contribute to defining and implementing best practices for account management, reporting, and client communication.
• Keep updated on industry trends and competitive developments to effectively guide clients.
• Acquire knowledge of the systems, processes, and technologies that facilitate client delivery and proactively recommend process enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 6 years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success roles.
• Required experience in the healthcare insurance and/or healthcare audit industry.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in leading or mentoring team members.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of managing relationships across both client and internal teams.
• Demonstrated success in delivering client-centric solutions that fulfill business needs.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in project management and data tools.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment and ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
• Proven ability to work within a diverse team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
