Client Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture a robust and enduring partnership with clients and brokers/consultants for assigned small to medium-sized accounts.

• Engage in the planning and launch of new health center implementations alongside the Sales team, local operations leadership, and the Implementation Team.

• Oversee contractual obligations, including renewal terms, and successfully renew clients at targeted escalations.

• Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities within existing clients, including expanding member populations, health centers, products, and services.

• Work closely with Client Success Directors (CSDs) to provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and support for escalations.

• Maintain and foster a positive relationship with brokers to advocate effectively on behalf of the mutual client.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, brokerage/consulting, or direct HR/benefits.

• Proficient in developing and delivering presentations.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Tableau, and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
