Manager, Client Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic oversight to a team of project managers within a specific value stream.

• Assist individual project managers in successfully delivering projects within their respective domains.

• Ensure adherence to all delivery management processes.

• Offer training and mentorship to project managers to enhance their expertise.

• Step in to assist with stakeholder management when additional leadership support is necessary.

• Plan, organize, staff, direct, and oversee the daily operations of the department.

• Develop and implement necessary policies and programs.

• Manage the assignment of project managers to specific work requests.

• Support the delivery owner in resource allocation from across the matrixed organization.

• Resolve scheduling conflicts that require cross-domain coordination.

• Validate that all project budget and time tracking progress is completed accurately and promptly.

• Engage with and address any projects experiencing budget variances.

• Facilitate lessons learned sessions for projects that are concluding.

• Ensure all project artifacts are documented and properly archived.

• Be prepared to handle escalations for projects within their domains.

• Regularly meet with stakeholders for critical projects.

• Ensure that project issues are appropriately escalated to senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

• 7 years of experience in Project Delivery.

• 7 years of experience in Client Relationship Management.

• 3 years of Team Leadership and Management experience (Preferred).

• PMI - Project Management Professional certification (Preferred).
