This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Assist senior clients in formulating their annual media strategies.
• Engage in regular meetings with client leadership, focusing on advancing their business objectives, macro goals, industry trends, and exploring new growth opportunities.
• Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication with key decision-makers.
• Aid in client retention and growth initiatives.
• Help address issues that may arise on accounts, whether internally or with clients, escalating them as necessary.
• Contribute to new business pitches and proposals in collaboration with the leadership and growth teams.
• Assist in forecasting, reconciling, and tracking client media revenue and profitability.
• Facilitate the estimation, management, monitoring, and reconciliation of client out-of-pocket media funds.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of scope management, including tracking, managing, and identifying scope pacing issues.
• Oversee the management of client portfolio revenue, ensuring timely and accurate updates to relevant internal financial systems.
• Assist in productizing our media services within proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Aid in drafting SOWs, amendments, and other legal modifications in collaboration with the contracts team as needed.
• Support contract negotiations and assist in overseeing the implementation of commercial agreements.
• Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities to foster innovation, strategy, and organic revenue growth.
• Help ensure teams operate efficiently and effectively towards client goals while supporting financial revenue targets on accounts.
• Collaborate with media teams to drive strategies and initiatives that propel clients' businesses forward.
• Assist in crafting strategic responses to briefs and developing a point of view on media, data, and technology.
• Help synthesize conclusions and actionable insights from performance analysis.
• Support the delivery of work to the highest standards possible.
• Contribute to the strategic process by sharing ideas and experiences.
• Aid in employee retention and contribute to the development of direct reports, where appropriate.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client servicing roles within an agency setting.
• Proven experience supporting large media accounts and agency teams.
• Familiarity with complex media campaigns and retainers (experience in paid search, paid social, or programmatic is preferred).
• Experience with campaign execution and budget management.
• Comfortable working on both brand and conversion/direct-response campaigns.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent client relationship skills, with a background in supporting strategy development.
