This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversees a team dedicated to enhancing client adoption, platform efficiency, and operational value across designated accounts.
• Provides leadership to team members, establishes priorities, and guarantees consistent execution of strategies for client outcomes.
• Collaborates effectively with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Support, Services, and Sales teams to synchronize business requirements with platform capabilities.
• Tracks client health, adoption patterns, workflow performance, system reliability, and other critical indicators of the portfolio.
• Analyzes incidents, determines root causes, and implements corrective and preventive measures to enhance long-term platform stability.
• Handles escalations related to adoption issues, system performance, and platform instability while preserving stakeholder confidence.
• Mentors team members on client communication, engagement with executives, and alignment across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in healthcare SaaS, enterprise technology, advisory, implementation, or similar settings.
• A minimum of 2 years of people management experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Proven track record in driving client adoption, enhancing workflow, improving operational performance, or ensuring system reliability.
• Experience in managing client relationships and addressing escalations effectively.
• Preferred experience with cloud-hosted platforms, technical operations, or application support.
