• Oversee a team of technical consultants and business analysts

• Handle multiple consulting clients and technical projects

• Build and nurture client relationships

• Execute life reinsurance solutions and services

• Perform intricate research and analysis to enhance business operations

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of comprehensive experience in the insurance industry

• Established knowledge of life insurance and annuity accounting principles

• 7+ years in a senior position within life insurance or reinsurance

• 5+ years of managerial experience

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint

• Demonstrated decision-making capabilities

• Strong skills in gap-analysis and report writing

• Capability to lead a team of consultants and business analysts

• Experience in client and stakeholder communication
