This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take charge of the complete vendor ecosystem related to Claims, which includes TPAs, legal panels, and external service providers.
• Direct the vendor strategy, sourcing (RFPs), and selection in line with the Claims operating model.
• Enhance vendor performance through the use of KPIs, SLAs, and organized governance frameworks.
• Handle commercial relationships, which involve contract negotiation, cost management, and expenditure optimization.
• Supervise the performance of legal panels and TPAs, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Claims, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Strategy teams.
• Assist with M&A activities, including vendor due diligence and integration processes.
• Extensive experience in vendor management, procurement, or claims operations within the insurance sector.
• In-depth knowledge of TPA models, legal panels, and outsourced claims delivery.
• Commercially focused with a track record of negotiation and contract management skills.
• Data-oriented, capable of utilizing KPIs and insights to enhance performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Capacity to function both strategically and practically within a lean environment.
