This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Oversee, mentor, and enhance the skills of a team comprising fraud investigators and senior specialists.
• Set performance benchmarks that align with SLA, QA, regulatory, and loss mitigation goals.
• Evaluate the quality of investigations and ensure the consistent implementation of fraud policies and procedures.
• Foster a high-performance environment centered on accountability, risk awareness, and ongoing improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience - Required.
• A minimum of 5 years of banking experience, ideally in operations and/or fraud prevention - Required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of BSA requirements, SAR referral standards, and regulatory expectations.
• Proven track record in managing high-volume investigative teams.
• Familiarity with fraud detection systems and payment processing technologies.
