This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Take ownership of campus engagement strategies that enhance awareness, activation, and adoption of TimelyCare services among students, faculty, and staff.
• Create scalable campus engagement playbooks and ready-to-use marketing toolkits for partner institutions to utilize through their own channels.
• Lead the planning of seasonal and moment-based campaigns aligned with key campus demands and rhythms, such as back-to-school, finals, awareness months, and crucial engagement periods.
• Identify and facilitate on-campus activation opportunities in collaboration with Customer Experience and campus stakeholders, encompassing events, tabling, orientation, and wellness programming.
• Design and implement multi-channel engagement campaigns across various platforms including email, SMS, in-app messaging, push notifications, social media, and campus-facing channels.
• Develop unique messaging and campaign pathways for diverse audiences and behaviors, covering pre-launch, launch, onboarding, active usage, and re-engagement phases.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to produce relevant, high-impact content that aligns with student needs and the TimelyCare brand.
• Act as the primary marketing liaison for Customer Experience and Implementation regarding campus launch and engagement strategies.
• Work together with Analytics, Product, and Lifecycle Marketing to enhance segmentation, campaign targeting, and performance tracking.
• Collect insights from campus partners and internal teams to continuously refine playbooks, campaigns, and the overall customer experience.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to awareness, activation, usage, and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop repeatable reporting and insight-sharing processes to highlight successes, identify engagement gaps, and guide program evolution.
• Leverage testing, segmentation, and performance metrics to consistently optimize campaigns and engagement strategies.
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing, lifecycle marketing, campaign strategy, or customer engagement.
• Proven experience in developing multi-channel campaigns that foster adoption, engagement, or behavior change.
• Background in creating partner-enablement materials, campus activation programs, or distributed marketing playbooks.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign measurement, and performance optimization techniques.
• Capability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, customer.io), CRM systems (Salesforce, Gainsight), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
