Manager, Business Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Product Owner and systems steward for essential enterprise and manufacturing platforms.

• Lead the collection of business requirements for the implementation of new systems, integrations, and workflow redesign projects.

• Collaborate across departments including Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, IT, and external vendors to ensure systems strategy aligns with business objectives.

• Enhance and support integrations among ERP, CRM, finance, manufacturing, inventory, and operational systems.

• Assist with business workflows associated with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and operational data management.

• Contribute to modeling and optimizing future business workflows and the interoperability of enterprise systems.

• Convert operational and business needs into actionable delivery plans and technical solutions.

• Aid in the modernization of enterprise systems, Console redesign, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• Over 7 years of experience in Business Systems, ERP systems, Enterprise Applications, or Business Analysis roles.

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Manager, Senior Business Systems Analyst, or lead in Enterprise Applications.

• In-depth understanding of enterprise business processes across finance, manufacturing, operations, and systems integrations.

• Proven experience supporting workflows related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and operational systems.

• Proficient in gathering business and technical requirements and converting them into scalable systems solutions.

• Capability to connect business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance operational efficiency and systems interoperability.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills in high-paced environments.
