Manager – Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Monitor and manage company-wide initiatives and projects

• Assist in business development through lead management and client coordination

• Keep project documentation up to date and prepare progress reports

• Serve as a key communication hub among teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in business operations or a related field

• Excellent organisational skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)

• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is preferred
