📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing analytics team.

• Drive comprehensive analytical strategies and implementations.

• Take ownership of standardized reporting frameworks at both regional and global levels.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate modern analytics solutions.

• Manage the regional Power BI environment effectively.

• Supervise the integration of enterprise source systems into the reporting architecture.

• Work collaboratively across functions to consolidate data.

• Ensure reporting consistency by aligning regional approaches with global frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 7 years of experience in analytics or data strategy.

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership or team management experience is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI.

• Strong skills in SQL and Python for advanced analytics and automation.

• Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact analytics teams.

• Basic knowledge of IT architecture, ETL processes, and data flows.

• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

• Experience within a multicultural global organization is preferred.

• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
