Manager – Business Development & Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

• Actively seek new customers through persistent prospecting, networking, and ongoing market engagement.

• Strategically position our brand and offerings within the French logistics landscape.

• Manage commercial engagements from initial contact to opportunity assessment.

• Achieve measurable growth and enhance our footprint in the North and West regions as well as in critical sectors.

• Hold national responsibility for expanding our operations in France.

• Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities within designated target sectors.

• Work closely with our internal specialists to create customized solutions for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of demonstrated B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics or industrial sectors.

• Exceptional ability to cultivate and sustain networks, forge long-term relationships, and engage key decision-makers.

• A strong motivation to establish a qualified and robust sales pipeline on a national scale.

• Proficient in organizing and facilitating events, client meetings, and sector discussions.

• A proactive and pragmatic ("hands-on") approach, with a clear dedication to enhancing brand visibility and market presence.

• Fluent in English (at negotiation level); proficiency in German is a plus.

• Strong customer orientation and a focus on quality; an autonomous and structured working style.
