This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive business development initiatives aimed at broadening the reach of PTI Services in both established and emerging markets, fostering revenue growth and long-term value generation.
• Identify and assess new business prospects—including tower acquisitions, colocation, and infrastructure partnerships—with a keen emphasis on strategic alignment and financial viability.
• Formulate and implement business strategies that resonate with PTI Services’ mission to deliver state-of-the-art connectivity solutions throughout the United States.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to forecast industry shifts, regulatory updates, and customer requirements, thereby influencing proactive market entry strategies.
• Cultivate, reinforce, and maintain relationships with key clients, carriers, and strategic partners to unlock new revenue opportunities and collaborative ventures.
• Spearhead impactful negotiations and commercial dialogues to secure mutually advantageous agreements while upholding PTI Services’ standards of integrity and excellence.
• Act as the principal liaison between internal departments (Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations) and external partners, ensuring the smooth execution of business opportunities.
• Mentor and direct cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define growth priorities, set performance indicators, and track progress toward organizational objectives.
• Oversee the development of business cases, financial models, and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
• Manage the due diligence process for potential transactions, ensuring accuracy, promptness, and adherence to internal governance standards.
• Supervise post-deal integration and performance to guarantee that commitments lead to sustainable growth and value creation.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development, commercial strategy, or strategic partnerships within the telecommunications, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• A proven history of structuring and finalizing complex deals that fuel long-term growth, demonstrating financial and commercial insight.
• A solid understanding of telecom infrastructure models (towers, fiber, small cells, data centers) and industry dynamics across various regions.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to manage relationships and resolve intricate challenges.
• A well-established network of industry contacts and relationships.
• The ability to analyze data, evaluate risks, and make informed decisions with sound judgment and thoroughness.
