Manager, Business Analysis – Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate a high-achieving Business Analysis team by providing guidance, mentoring, performance management, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Collaborate with senior leadership, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with business objectives.

• Establish and advocate for best practices, standards, and governance across all business analysis efforts.

• Facilitate discovery workshops and convert intricate business requirements into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.

• Promote stakeholder alignment, facilitate decision-making, and drive organizational change across various business functions.

• Oversee the successful implementation, user adoption, and ongoing enhancement of key transformation initiatives.

• Assess program success and effectively communicate outcomes, risks, and business value to executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of Business Analysis experience within enterprise-level transformation contexts.

• Proven experience in people leadership, including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.

• Demonstrated capability in managing and directing larger teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Strong ability to influence and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

• Expertise in Agile methodologies, requirements management, backlog prioritization, and business process enhancement.

• Outstanding communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
