This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture long-lasting, reliable relationships with regional brokers and benefits consultants.
• Create and implement a territory sales strategy aimed at enhancing pipeline, partnerships, and revenue outcomes.
• Oversee proposals, RFI/RFQ/RFP procedures, contracts, and communications with brokers/consultants.
• Capability to meet annual sales targets.
• Inform brokers about virtual care solutions through webinars, demonstrations, and face-to-face meetings.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, directly engaging with employee benefits brokers and benefits consultants.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong skills in relationship building, along with knowledge of employer benefits, healthcare, and the broker/consultant landscape.
• Exceptional communication abilities, including presenting, speaking, writing, and follow-up.
• Proficient in prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Excellent time management skills and a strong capability to handle a sales pipeline.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
