Manager, BPM Process Mining – Celonis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and guide the enterprise BPM capability, encompassing vision, operating model, governance, standards, and success metrics across various business domains (30%).

• Define, uphold, and govern enterprise BPMN standards and process architecture, ensuring consistency, scalability, and readiness for audits (25%).

• Collaborate with business domain subject matter experts and process owners to facilitate process discovery, validation, and target-state definition, remaining neutral to processes while ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives (20%).

• Drive process intelligence and analytics enablement, including KPI frameworks, tracking value realization, and engaging with process mining platforms (e.g., Celonis) to reveal discrepancies between actual processes and designed intent (15%).

• Conduct structured process discovery sessions to map current-state workflows, identify exceptions and variations, and validate findings with stakeholders from various functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with pertinent experience, or equivalent work experience as per Edwards criteria.

• Over 8 years of experience in leading enterprise BPM, process excellence, or business transformation initiatives.

• Strong proficiency in BPMN and comprehensive process architecture, applied across various business process domains.

• Practical experience with process mining/process intelligence platforms, preferably Celonis (highly desirable); familiarity with alternatives such as Signavio or similar tools.

• Experience with large-scale enterprise platforms like ERP (e.g., JD Edwards), Order to Cash (O2C), CRM, or comparable systems.
