📋 Description

• Integrate into a key business domain—such as growth, product development, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships—and take ownership of its analytical functions from start to finish.

• Identify the business inquiries that analyses should address and the decisions they should guide.

• Establish metrics, create reports, conduct analyses, and design experiments.

• Highlight data insights that positively influence critical business metrics.

• Present recommendations to teams in product, growth, finance, and operations.

• Clarify the current situation, understand its causes, and propose actionable next steps.

• Manage execution and propel initiatives to achieve measurable results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in independently extracting, structuring, and interpreting data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and achieving impactful results.

• Excellent and persuasive communication skills to influence decisions at the leadership level.

• Ability to approach problems with first-principles thinking and hypothesis formulation.

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, or Python.

• Skilled at conveying complex findings clearly and securing stakeholder agreement.

• Experience in defining metrics, creating reports, conducting analyses, and designing experiments.

• Must be able to work as a full-time salaried employee while residing in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
