Manager, BizOps – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• You will be a part of our central BizOps & Analytics team, while being integrated into one of Jerry's primary business segments — growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships — and will take ownership of the analytical function for that specific unit from start to finish.

• Identify the appropriate issues: Prior to any analysis, clarify what business question is being addressed and what decision it will guide. Challenge any flawed questions.

• Establish metrics, generate reports, conduct analyses, design experiments, and extract data insights that enhance your team's critical metrics.

• Present recommendations to your colleagues in product, growth, finance, or operations, explaining the current situation, its implications, and the suggested next steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Strong analytical capabilities; adept at independently extracting, organizing, and interpreting data.

• Proven history of managing ambiguous challenges and making a significant impact.

• Effective and persuasive communicator with the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level.
