This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the implementation of high-quality measurement strategies, reporting frameworks, and insight provision for pharmaceutical media clients.
β’ Enhance monthly and quarterly reporting procedures.
β’ Standardize definitions for key performance indicators (KPIs).
β’ Provide guidance on best practices for data visualization.
β’ Ensure clients receive accurate, consistent, and impactful insights.
β’ Manage AI/NotebookLM environments.
β’ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
β’ Work closely with Client Services, Media, Strategy, and Data Engineering teams.
β’ 4-6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital media measurement, business intelligence, or related disciplines.
β’ Proven experience in managing analysts or leading cross-functional reporting teams.
β’ In-depth knowledge of digital media KPIs, omnichannel measurement, and HCP/DTC media landscapes.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard quality assurance, visualization concepts, and data storytelling.
β’ Strong grasp of KPI standardization, measurement logic, and principles of reporting automation.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in reviewing logic, metrics, and data integrity.
β’ Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and visual formats.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively across Media, Strategy, Account Service, and Data Engineering.
