This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit, guide, mentor, and support a high-performing operational team.
• Provide exceptional value to Remote's employees and clients.
• Ensure there is no revenue loss in the recharging of Benefits to our Clients.
• Continuously enhance and optimize processes, workflows, and tools.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Benefits.
• Discover automation possibilities in current workflows in collaboration with Product.
• Guarantee that Remote's service delivery adheres to compliance standards in conjunction with Legal.
• Collaborate efficiently and effectively with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Assist in reporting, auditing, compliance, and maintaining data integrity initiatives.
• Demonstrate the ability to transition from “scout to scale” and initiate projects.
• Serve as a champion for Remote's values and the objectives of the Benefits team, both internally and externally.
• Over 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience as an HR generalist and specific knowledge of Benefits across various countries.
• Operational experience spanning multiple roles.
• Directly managed small to medium-sized teams.
• Customer-focused mindset, complemented by a pragmatic personality.
• Enthusiastic about achieving objectives and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Committed to teamwork and the development of individuals.
• Capable of quickly adjusting to a dynamic, international, scale-up environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Previous startup experience is a plus (nice to have).
• Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous (nice to have).
• Past experience in remote work settings is beneficial (nice to have).
