📋 Description

• Lead, guide, and nurture a team of Specialists across multiple domains.

• Strategically plan and oversee resource distribution and workload management.

• Enhance customer satisfaction by facilitating a seamless installation experience.

• Create and uphold installation procedures, documentation, and best practices.

• Monitor performance metrics and execute improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s degree is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in delivering Automation/IT solutions.

• Capacity to work effectively across various cultures and geographical locations.

• Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001) and EMEA data/privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

• Proficiency in English and Italian; additional EMEA languages (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
