• We are in search of a high-achieving Washington State Manager! This position encompasses the entire state of WA, with 80% of your focus and time dedicated to the greater Seattle area.
• The perfect candidate will have a passion for cider, an enjoyment of fermentations, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and evolve within this rapidly growing industry!
• As the WA State Manager, you will lead the exceptional Schilling sales team across WA and contribute to achieving our annual sales targets, solidifying our position as the #1 Cider company in the state!
• This position will also involve executing strategies within key off-premise and on-premise accounts to enhance sales and market share through effective product distribution, display execution, and promotional activities.
• A key focus for this role is to develop strong relationships with our distributor partners and position Schilling Cider as a top-tier supplier.
• This role aims to expand Schilling’s visibility, volume, revenue, and distribution points throughout Washington.
• At least 5+ years of experience in beverage alcohol sales, ideally within the beer, cider, wine, spirits, or non-alcoholic beverage sectors.
• A minimum of 2+ years in direct leadership and team management roles.
• Proven track record of working with beverage distributors, including management, programming, and execution.
• Strong knowledge of chain retail, independent retail, and on-premise sales channels.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze sales data, recognize opportunities, and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Experience in conducting market work, ride-alongs, and providing field coaching to sales teams.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must currently reside in or be within commuting distance to the Greater Seattle Area.
• A genuine passion for cider and the beverage industry.
• A valid Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Proficient with mobile technology and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings and weekends.
• Lead by example, take initiative, and be outgoing and approachable.
• Self-driven and motivated.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• An energetic, organized, and proactive problem solver.

• Competitive starting salary of $75k - $85k annually, plus bonus OTE, based on experience and qualifications.
