Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, and industrial properties.

• Collaborate closely with the building-in-charge to ensure high-quality service for our clients and tenants.

• Serve as the company's representative to address inquiries from clients and tenants.

• Assist in preparing proposals for new business opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma in real estate, building management, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a sizable property management firm; preference given to those holding a Tier 1 Property Management Practitioner License under PMSO.

• Familiarity with the Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC, and other related regulations.

• Strong skills in client relationship management.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• A valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License is a significant advantage.

• Candidates with additional experience may be considered for the Property Manager role.
