This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Managing and overseeing the effective and timely initiation of clinical trial sites across various countries.

• Leading all start-up tasks while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Collaborating with diverse teams to achieve study timelines and fulfill client expectations.

• Developing start-up strategies and timelines in partnership with the Project Manager and cross-functional leaders.

• Creating and maintaining a comprehensive site activation plan.

• Proactively identifying and notifying stakeholders of issues that may affect delivery.

• Monitoring progress against established timelines and addressing any delays or risks.

• Coordinating and overseeing every step of the start-up process.

• Acting as the primary point of contact among all functions involved during the start-up phase.

• Tracking and reporting on start-up performance metrics.

• Leading client-facing discussions and serving as the main point of contact for start-up activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).

• At least 3+ years of experience in clinical trial start-up, showcasing leadership capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-country start-up efforts and coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

• Exceptional project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-oriented setting.
