This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee project teams in executing cross-functional initiatives across various areas of expertise, primarily centered on patient services, while also encompassing product/program commercialization, launch, strategy, and organizational excellence.
• Assist project leadership in formulating project objectives; create and manage project plans.
• Determine necessary project tasks, aid project leaders in assigning responsibilities to team members, and uphold accountability for task completion.
• Design, implement, analyze, and synthesize both primary and secondary research initiatives.
• Recognize key insights, recommendations, opportunities, and threats to guide corporate and commercial strategies.
• Regularly interact with senior-level clients.
• Recruit, nurture, and manage top-tier talent.
• Identify business opportunities and facilitate new business acquisitions.
• Proven expertise and experience in patient services commercialization, launch strategy, operations, and continual efficiency improvement.
• Experience with patient journeys, process flows/mapping, business rule formulation, and voice of the customer analysis.
• Established expertise in supporting the creation of effective U.S. patient services strategies: Subject matter expertise in patient access, affordability, and adherence services.
• Familiarity with key market access stakeholders, including patient services, payers, field/sales, trade and channel, marketing, and regulatory/compliance.
• Knowledge and understanding of strategy, implementation, and execution in support of program operations and design.
• Awareness of evolving healthcare policies and their impact on access.
• Recognized subject matter expertise in both medical and pharmacy benefits across all major U.S. payer segments (e.g., Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Federal Markets).
• In-depth knowledge of reimbursement methodologies across core sites of care, including physician offices/clinics, hospital outpatient departments, hospital inpatient, and long-term care settings.
• Previous experience conducting primary market research initiatives to support commercial strategy campaigns.
• Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams across matrixed teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
