This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Participate in the transformative journey of the automotive industry.

• Work alongside leaders in Software Product and Infrastructure and Operations to develop a future-oriented architectural framework for the LLC.

• Assist in selecting software solutions for the LLC that are in alignment with the architectural strategy.

• Collaborate with a manufacturing service provider to create an integration architecture that meets the corporation's security and operational objectives.

• Design and execute the company’s technology architecture and security strategy in accordance with business goals.

• Manage all facets of information security, encompassing risk management, compliance, and incident response.

• Partner with various departments to identify and prioritize technology requirements and solutions.

• Establish and uphold architecture and security standards, policies, and procedures.

• Remain informed on emerging technologies and trends in the field of information security.

• Lead and mentor the architecture and information security team, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous enhancement.

• Ensure adherence to data protection and privacy regulations.

• Create and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or a minimum of 12+ years of pertinent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in architecture, including expertise in SaaS and cloud-based solutions.

• More than 5 years of experience in information security.

• Proven capability to recruit, develop, and retain technical talent.

• Strong technical foundation with proficiency in enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure.

• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing technology architecture and security strategies.

• Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations.

• A strong preference for candidates willing to work onsite as necessary.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse business and technical teams.

• Experience in collaborating closely with external entities.

• Familiarity with IIOT implementation strategies.

• Knowledge of manufacturing controls environments.

• Experience within the manufacturing sector or a related field.

• Understanding of Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance regulations, including familiarity with industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and CIS.

• Comprehension of cloud computing and SaaS solutions.

• Experience with ERP systems and other enterprise applications.

• Strong business acumen and an ability to align technology strategy with overarching business objectives.
