This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise analytics initiatives to facilitate insights, A/B testing, and evaluation linked to Enterprise Marketing.
• Lead a team of analysts to produce impactful, strategic analytics and insights.
• Act as a strategic consultant to business stakeholders.
• Assist in guiding and shaping strategic business choices based on data.
• Enhance the integration of AI applications within analytics processes.
• Direct and advance the Mixed Media Model solution in collaboration with Data Science.
• Create actionable insights that transform analytics into significant business strategies.
• Oversee a continuous testing portfolio and prioritize domain-specific tests.
• Promote data democratization and the use of metrics throughout the enterprise.
• Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in analytics or a related domain.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI.
• Knowledge of testing and optimization tools and best practices.
• Experience in data model development/design and regression analysis.
• Familiarity with Databricks, GCP, or Azure.
• Direct managerial experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level preferred in Economics, Statistics, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in SQL, R, Python, with experience using BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI); knowledge of testing and optimization tools; and experience with GCP or Azure.
