Manager, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the reporting and analytics functions.

• Develop and manage essential reports while providing general analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure that strategic objectives are achieved by supplying necessary information to business operations, finance, quality, compliance, procurement, and clinical functional areas.

• Collaborate closely with end users and business leaders to comprehend functional requirements for reporting solutions.

• Monitor key metrics and alert leadership about potential risks.

• Work in partnership with other analytics teams to guarantee the accurate and timely delivery of reports.

• Ensure all resources are utilized to their full potential to meet regulatory, customer, and internal reporting requirements, adhering to all deadlines while following established policies and procedures.

• Lead and conduct programming and analysis as required.

• Provide guidance and mentoring to staff as necessary, collaborating with business owners to prioritize projects and related tasks.

• Act as the primary point of contact across business areas to lead the development and management of all internal/external reporting that includes critical operational, financial, quality, and compliance metrics essential for supporting the business.

• Direct the creation of tactical and strategic plans to fulfill technical business requirements.

• Spearhead the standardization of data processes to promote efficient, best-in-class practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferably in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of direct, relevant experience.

• Candidates without a Bachelor's degree may be considered if they possess an additional 4 years of relevant experience, totaling at least 9 years.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Qlikview, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence tools.

• Proficient MS Suite user with expertise in visualization tools.

• Required experience in a production environment with a focus on establishing maintainable and scalable processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with diverse internal clients while maintaining high levels of accuracy and precision.

• Creative thinker; highly driven and self-motivated.

• Capability to achieve results and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience in building, developing, and managing high-performing teams.
