This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Accountable for the design and implementation of dashboards, key performance indicators, business intelligence solutions, and analytical insights across multiple core business units within the organization.
• Transform intricate operational and financial inquiries into clear, structured, and actionable insights that facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout all organizational levels.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to pinpoint and prioritize essential performance inquiries, converting those into well-structured dashboards, KPIs, and analytical frameworks.
• Create and uphold high-quality Tableau dashboards that offer operational and financial leaders the necessary visibility to effectively manage performance.
• Establish standardized KPI definitions, governance protocols, and data documentation to create a single, reliable source of truth across the enterprise.
• Execute thorough analytical investigations into business performance, identifying root causes and developing actionable recommendations that go beyond mere descriptive reporting.
• Work alongside IT and data engineering teams to address data availability, quality, and pipeline requirements.
• Gradually contribute to artificial intelligence and automation initiatives that enhance the organization’s analytical capabilities from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 3–6 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similarly demanding analytical setting.
• Expertise in Tableau, with a proven history of creating dashboards and analytical tools that are actively utilized by business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SQL and/or Python sufficient to query datasets, conduct data preparation, and automate recurring analytical processes.
• Strong proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies, executive-level communication, and stakeholder management consistent with a consulting or strategy background.
• A keen intellectual curiosity about business operations and an inclination to understand the underlying drivers, beyond just surface-level outputs.
• Capability to effectively bridge the gap between business and technical audiences, communicating with clarity and credibility in both arenas.
• Experience utilizing LLMs and AI agents in task automation, research, and other applicable use cases.
• Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable. Prior experience in radiology, diagnostic imaging, revenue cycle management, or related healthcare operations is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare data sources, including claims data, electronic medical record data, and operational performance metrics is advantageous.
