This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Enhance and implement the monthly data loading process along with month-end reconciliation tasks.
• Lead, support, and facilitate a thorough process to identify, measure, monitor, and manage interest rate risk.
• Assist in constructing and executing processes within the ALM framework to support centralized forecasting, interest rate risk management, funds transfer pricing, as well as capital and liquidity planning.
• Take the lead in maintaining a transparent ALM data inventory for core feeds.
• Guide and aid in establishing and overseeing data quality standards.
• Execute tasks associated with the Finance data roadmap for a centralized ALM data architecture.
• Lead and support the development, implementation, testing, and documentation of data processes.
• Facilitate accurate ALM decision-making and risk reporting.
• Collaborate with various developers and stakeholders to comprehend modeling data requirements.
• Conduct data and process validation during both testing and production stages of projects.
• Supervise the creation and upkeep of comprehensive control policies and procedures.
• Stay informed about current market and economic trends.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of analytical experience in Finance, Business, or a similar field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of leadership or team management experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with using, supporting, and upgrading ALM platforms (e.g., QRM, Empyrean) and collaborating with technology support teams.
• Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., Workday, Essbase).
• A curiosity-driven mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement.
• Expertise in database querying and data transformation (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, SQL, and Python).
• Proficient in analytical tools (SQL, Python, SAS, Visual Basic) and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Experience managing complex and large datasets from various sources to support analytical processes.
• Knowledge of basic Treasury, ALM, or interest rate risk functions.
• Understanding of IRR metrics (NII, EVE), behavioral assumptions, and modeling frameworks.
• Strong financial and/or accounting knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
