Manager, AI Solutions – Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend workflows, challenges, and inefficiencies.

• Identify and rank AI and automation opportunities based on their impact and feasibility.

• Convert business requirements into well-defined use cases and specifications.

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents and automation tools.

• Support use cases including spend visibility, supplier insights, risk monitoring, RFQs, contract analysis, and workflow automation.

• Create both prototypes and production-ready solutions utilizing modern AI tools and APIs.

• Quickly prototype, test, and enhance solutions with input from end users.

• Implement tools into active workflows and promote adoption through training and support.

• Utilize internal data to generate AI-driven insights.

• Integrate solutions with ERP and procurement systems as necessary.

• Discover new possibilities for AI in procurement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in analytics, automation, AI, or digital solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying AI tools or automation workflows.

• Strong background in collaborating with business stakeholders to address operational challenges.

• Experience with AI agents or intelligent automation solutions.

• Preferred background in Procurement, supply chain, or operations.

• Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SAP Ariba).

• Proficient in data visualization tools.

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
