Manager, AI Solutions & Analytics – Battery Storage

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of Plus Power's AI operating model by enhancing organizational capability, fostering adoption, and facilitating the responsible use of AI throughout the organization.

• Enhance organizational proficiency in AI by providing training, guidance, reusable frameworks, and practical assistance that empower teams to utilize AI effectively in their daily operations.

• Establish and uphold AI standards, guidelines, and usage practices to ensure consistency, quality, trust, and responsible integration across various teams.

• Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional partners to evaluate, prioritize, and implement AI opportunities that deliver significant business impact and align well with operational needs.

• Conceptualize, create, and support AI-enhanced solutions and workflows, including copilots, agents, prompt-based workflows, and human-in-the-loop processes, focusing on practicality, governance, and execution excellence.

• Aid the shift from experimentation to large-scale implementation by pinpointing high-value use cases, standardizing effective methodologies, and embedding AI solutions within resilient business processes and platforms.

• Contribute to BO&SA's wider analytics, reporting, and operational intelligence objectives while assisting in measuring AI adoption, solution efficacy, and business impact over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a BA/BS in economics, data science, computer science, business, or a related discipline.

• 6-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, automation, technology, or data-centric roles.

• Proficiency in synthesizing and presenting complex data in a clear and actionable format.

• Capability to efficiently manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience in developing agentic AI solutions within a business context, including the design and deployment of agents, orchestrating multi-step workflows, integrating enterprise data and systems, and establishing effective human-in-the-loop controls.

• Proven track record in promoting the adoption of new technologies in a cross-functional business setting.

• Experience in transforming ambiguous business challenges into actionable workflows, decision frameworks, or scalable processes.

• Background in establishing governance, standards, and guidelines for analytics, automation, or AI-driven workflows.

• Ability to evaluate and articulate the business value, trade-offs, and scalability potential of AI use cases.

• Strong skills in change management and engaging stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a knack for collaborative work in cross-functional teams.

• Advanced experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Perplexity AI, and Claude.

• Advanced experience with contemporary data and analytics platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, AWS, and Snowflake.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.

• Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite of tools and applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Prior experience in the energy sector is preferred.
