📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive development of the AI platform and customer experiences, overseeing everything from the roadmap to the rollout.

• Construct and expand a system that automates over 70% of incoming sales and service inquiries.

• Collaborate with engineers to create prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safety measures.

• Optimize the AI platform by balancing latency, cost, and accuracy.

• Communicate technical concepts effectively between the engineering team and the wider organization.

• Implement AI best practices and establish platform standards.

• Enhance answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through experimental initiatives.

• Collaborate with OpenAI partners to assess and implement advanced voice models and workflow automation.

• Report directly to the COO.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or a similar position at a dynamic startup.

• A strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, particularly modern LLMs.

• Proven history of translating intricate, strategic concepts into scalable, production-ready products.

• Technical expertise in API design and system architecture.

• Familiarity with SQL.

• Experience in creating custom AI workflows.

• Capability to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safety measures.

• Currently residing in eligible locations: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
