AI Onboarding and Ops Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Guide each new customer from the initial kickoff phase through to go-live and everyday usage.

• Analyze contractors' current processes in bidding, project management, field operations, and finance.

• Redesign customer workflows within the platform to enhance efficiency.

• Leverage AI to streamline onboarding and support, allowing for scalable operations without increasing headcount.

• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for business owners, field teams, and finance departments.

• Develop and refine reusable onboarding materials using AI technologies.

• Transform customer insights into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for product and engineering teams.

• Oversee multiple customer onboarding processes while ensuring high-quality documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success within a SaaS environment.

• Proficient in the daily use of AI tools.

• Proven history of developing or enhancing onboarding processes.

• Capability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

• Skills in creating client-ready documentation and configurations.

• Confidence in leading calls and training diverse stakeholders.

• Experience with onboarding small to medium-sized business customers (preferred).

• Familiarity with writing PRDs or collaborating closely with product and engineering teams (preferred).

• Background in construction or proptech (preferred).

• Submission of an English resume is required for application.

• Proficient in English suitable for conversations with clients.
