This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Convert enterprise AI strategy into a practical portfolio and enablement plan.
• Establish the progression model, decision-making forums, and adoption priorities to transition opportunities from Sandbox experiments to Functional Programs and Enterprise Bets.
• Maintain overall portfolio health, encompassing ownership, pipeline status, adoption pathways, and value outcomes.
• Manage enterprise-wide AI transformation communications and executive narratives.
• Supervise workflow redesign across the portfolio, including current-state work baselining, friction-point identification, and redesigning roles and processes.
• Oversee Learning & Development (L&D) curriculum, playbooks, and tailored learning journeys for each audience.
• Ensure synchronized change management across HR and business units or skill teams.
• Manage enablement ROI and hold external agencies, third-party resources, and internal hubs accountable for upskilling and adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with Insight Generation to integrate portfolio, adoption, and enablement data into a reliable leadership scorecard.
• Lead a team focused on fundamentally transforming Ford's operations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 8 years of experience in strategy, portfolio management, or leadership roles in transformation.
• Experience in managing managers or overseeing multiple functional teams.
• Direct experience handling a portfolio of competing initiatives, including prioritization, progression decisions, and tracking pipeline health.
• Experience in leading or closely collaborating on workflow redesign and organizational design initiatives.
• Background in overseeing an L&D or capability-building function, including curriculum development and deployment related to a specific technology or operational model change.
• Proven track record of leading change management initiatives requiring coordination across HR and various business units.
• Experience in managing external agencies or third-party vendors according to a defined scope and ROI expectations.
• Strong executive communication abilities, including creating narratives and materials for senior leadership decision-making.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Preferred: experience in automotive, technology, or other large-scale enterprise environments with complex, matrixed operating structures.
• Preferred: background in leading an AI or digital transformation office, PMO, or center of excellence.
• Preferred: experience in building or scaling a Sandbox-to-Enterprise-style progression model.
• Preferred: familiarity with how AI agents and automation transform workflows.
• Preferred: experience presenting portfolio health, adoption, and enablement performance to senior executives or a board.
