📋 Description

• Oversee the complete development process for our AI platform and customer interactions, from the initial roadmap to final implementation.

• Collaborate with engineers to create prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safety measures—striking a balance between latency, cost, and precision.

• Act as the technical liaison between engineering and the wider organization, promoting AI best practices and platform standards.

• Propel systematic enhancements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through thorough experimentation.

• Collaborate with partners at OpenAI to assess and implement the next generation of voice models and workflow automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical capacity such as forward-deployed engineering, technical product management, or a related role in a dynamic startup environment.

• A strong passion and inquisitiveness for AI systems, including modern large language models (LLMs), among others.

• Proven ability to transform complex, strategic concepts into scalable, production-ready products.
