This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Create and implement a marketing strategy and plan that supports our go-to-market approach, ensuring alignment between the A&D business unit, sales and pre-sales teams, and corporate and regional marketing teams.
• Develop engaging industry campaigns that facilitate demand generation, which local field marketing teams will adapt and execute, including analyzing and reporting on post-campaign results.
• Oversee lead generation and qualification in collaboration with regional field marketing teams and key account managers (“KAMs”) to activate campaigns and achieve desired outcomes; campaigns may include virtual and on-site events, webinars, digital and social media, and direct marketing efforts with partners.
• Partner with Account Executives (“AEs”), KAMs, BDRs, and local marketing teams to enhance account strategies by launching targeted account-based marketing (“ABM”) initiatives.
• Manage and/or coordinate industry events, tradeshows, and external productions, collaborating closely with local marketing along with A&D sales and pre-sales teams.
• Execute a global English-language focused public relations and communications program in conjunction with corporate communications and a dedicated PR agency, encompassing media releases, thought leadership articles, customer success stories, and analyst briefings.
• Design and oversee strategic brand-building initiatives that enhance IFS’s market positioning.
• Provide support to A&D leadership with insights on market segments and pipelines, including CRM reporting and lead management; assist in the IFS win/loss analysis process and gather, analyze, and communicate competitive insights.
• Administer the A&D marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, and reporting on results.
• Lead a team of dedicated industry marketing professionals by setting objectives, evaluating performance, managing workload responsibilities, and motivating and inspiring the team to excel.
• Proven track record in a similar role within a global enterprise software company, alongside a solid understanding of the A&D industry and the EAM space.
• Proficient in building relationships and teams, with the capability to influence and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in designing and executing demand generation campaigns, including both traditional lead generation and ABM strategies.
• Outstanding verbal, presentation, and written communication skills; fluent in English.
• Proven ability to articulate how industry solutions deliver business value.
• Strong leadership abilities, results-driven, with a clear sense of initiative—highly motivated and determined to succeed.
• Highly skilled in B2B marketing, with familiarity with industry tools such as Marketo, CRM, PowerBI, and LinkedIn.
