Manager, Advancement Data & Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the data and systems infrastructure aligns with BEAM's fundraising objectives.

• Lead the Advancement Team in establishing the agenda for the development and enhancement of Salesforce.

• Collaborate with the Manager of Salesforce & IT Systems for the technical execution of projects.

• Develop and manage dashboards and reports within Salesforce to monitor key metrics for Advancement.

• Document processes, train, and provide support to team members for effective Salesforce usage.

• Oversee corporate partner commitments and manage related projects.

• Carry out additional operations-related tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relational database management, with a strong preference for Salesforce experience (experience with the Nonprofit Success Pack is a plus).

• At least 2 years of experience in querying, analyzing, and interpreting data to guide strategy and decision-making.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical teams to enhance data infrastructure.

• At least 2 years of experience in designing and refining operational workflows and processes.
