This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Administrative Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration of revenue contracts, invoicing, and budget management for the UAMS Stroke Program. This role serves as the main point of contact between administrators, Stroke Program leadership, UAMS customers, vendors, and both internal and external auditors.
• Directs the annual budget preparation for the Stroke Program, which includes grant budgets, and keeps track of the program budget in relation to targets, deliverables, and objectives, providing monthly reports to the Executive Director and Administrator.
• Manages the negotiation, development, and execution of contracts and vendor agreements to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, granting requirements, and UAMS policies.
• Supervises designated personnel and acts as the system administrator for the contracts management system.
• Work must be precise, professional, and delivered punctually to various stakeholders, necessitating sound judgment, independent initiative, and close collaboration with the Administrator and Finance division.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or a related area, along with four (4) years of administrative experience; or a Master’s degree in a related field with two (2) years of administrative experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Preferred Qualifications: Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Public Health (MPH), or another related graduate degree.
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
