Manager – Accounting Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Leverage your accounting expertise to guide clients through major business transformations.

• Conduct research and analyze complex accounting and finance issues related to various business changes.

• Collaborate directly with clients to address their daily requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.

• Supervise the creation of memos, analyses, presentations, and other deliverables intended for clients.

• Manage the planning and effective execution of project budgets and workstreams.

• Actively engage in the growth of junior team members by offering coaching, performance feedback, and promoting a collaborative team environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in an audit and/or industry accounting position.

• Proficient understanding of accounting standards such as GAAP, GAAS, and/or IFRS.

• Proven experience in accounting research and writing.
