Analyst, Lease Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Preparation of regular reports and analysis of clients' portfolios from an accounting standpoint (IFRS 16 and ASC 842).

• Assisting Project Leaders in planning activities and the development of real estate strategies.

• Collaborating with Project Leaders during periodic calls to aid the client-side real estate and finance teams with ongoing reporting and addressing any ad-hoc inquiries or information requests.

• Gathering, validating, and verifying data while performing qualitative analyses.

• Actively participating in the refinement of the Lease Accounting process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

• A minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in the finance and accounting sector.

• Proficiency in English.

• Strong financial and accounting knowledge.

• Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

• Progress towards ACCA, CIMA certification, or an equivalent qualification would be advantageous.

• Basic understanding of IFRS 16 and ASC 842 topics would be beneficial.
