Management Liability Vertical Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and implement the strategic direction for the Management Liability sector throughout the organization.

• Establish the sector’s value proposition, market positioning, and growth strategy.

• Foster new business opportunities by building strategic partnerships with retail brokers, carriers, and MGAs.

• Cultivate and sustain senior-level relationships with carriers specific to Management Liability markets.

• Inform producers and internal teams about Management Liability risks, coverage options, and placement strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in insurance brokerage, underwriting, or wholesale distribution.

• Extensive knowledge in Management Liability Lines within the specialty insurance sector.

• Demonstrated success in revenue growth, market development, and relationship management.

• Comprehensive understanding of Management Liability exposures and policy frameworks.

• Capability to influence executives, carriers, and producers effectively.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
